WESTCAM distributes optical measuring systems with its main focus on applications like 3D digitizing, 3D coordinate measurements, deformation measurements and quality control. The systems are used for product development and for quality assurance, material and component testing.
In addition to measuring systems WESTCAM also supplies software for processing the measuring data regarding reverse engineering and quality analysis.
GOM
GOM was founded in 1990 as a spin-off of the Technical University of Braunschweig and develops optical measuring systems. All over the world GOM systems are used in the automotive industry, aerospace industry and consumer goods industry as well as by their suppliers. This also includes numerous research centers and universities.

InfiniteFocus is an optical 3D measurement device for quality assurance in the micro- and nano range with a vertical resolution up to 10nm. 3D Measurements are performed directly in the optical image.
