Our fully automated high performance Tooth Mounting Machine is a milestone in automation for the handling of teeth. It takes pre-sorted teeth and empty wax plates as input and delivers ready assembled plates with mounted teeth as output. Depending on the existing level of automation it can work 24 hours, 7 days a week without human interaction and therefore pays back within a short period of amortization.
The Tooth Mounting Machine fills the missing link in the production process. It works as a standalone system as well as a part of a modular system together with a WESTCAM Tooth Sorting Machine and a Storage Unit and requires a minimum of maintenance.
